1 General Terms

3 Account Verification (KYC)
fry99 operates as a safe and fair platform. We conduct a customer identity verification ("KYC") process to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities.

- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Selfie or live photo
- Proof of mobile banking account ownership
- Applicable documents for address verification
fry99 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. If the documents provided are incorrect or verification fails, the account may be closed.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods can be used to deposit money at fry99:
- bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile financial service
- Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank
Deposited funds must come from your own verified payment account. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed
fry99 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests and may ask for additional information in the case of suspicious transactions.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at fry99 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated
- Please read the deposit terms carefully before claiming a bonus
- fry99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be fully forfeited
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
fry99 is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. All games offered on our platform are developed by accredited providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for unbiased results.
6.2 Technical Issues
fry99 does not bear any responsibility for technical errors or disconnections that occur during gameplay. However, the result of the last confirmed game according to server records will be considered final.
6.3 Auto-Play & Bot Use
The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately and permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
6.4 Sports Betting
For sports betting, all bets must be confirmed before the start of the relevant event. No bets will be accepted after an event has begun. fry99 reserves the right to void bets in cases of suspicious betting patterns.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fry99 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Creating an account using a false identity or fake documents
- Bonus fraud or abuse of bonus benefits (for example, one person claiming bonuses across multiple accounts)
- Collaborative betting or gaining an advantage by transferring funds between accounts
- Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or game errors
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities through the platform
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving aggressively toward other users
- Attempting unauthorized access to fry99's IT infrastructure
- Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Account Closure by fry99
fry99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms
- Evidence of fraud or deception
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Account remaining inactive for an extended period
- In compliance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority
8.2 Account Closure by the Member
You may close your account at any time through our support team. Before submitting a closure request, please make sure to use or forfeit all active bonuses and withdraw any available balance. Whether a closed account can be reopened is at fry99's discretion.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more) may be subject to review. The balance of such accounts will be kept safe and returned to the member upon contact.
9 Privacy & Data Protection

If you continue using the platform after updated terms are published, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you may close your account at any time.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid by a court or authority, only that part will be removed and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
